Established since 1981 in Balikpapan East Kalimantan. Dated December 4th, 1981 by notary M Rasjid Umar, SH. with the Article of Association No.7, and legalized by Decree of Ministry of Justice.

As we grow, this company has undergone several changes in its Article of Association, but the shareholders are remain the same. Finally EASCO Holding has established on February 25th, 2005 by notary Ina Rosaina, SH, and legalized with Ministry of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia by his decree No.C-30729 HT.01.01.TH.2005 dated November 18th, 2005.
EASCO Holding has enlarged its capital up to 6 Billion IDR, with paid up capital of 1,5 Billion IDR as structred as follows:
