With respect to the expanding business and the growth of the company itself, then a holding company was established as the center for controlling and formulating policy as well as executing the monitoring on the productivity and efficiency of subsidiaries along with the activities of the group. PT. EASCO was established to answer the necessities.

As declared in the Notarial Act for Shareholders Agreement No.15 dated February 25th, 2005 by Notary Ina Rosaina, SH, PT. EASCO has enlarged its capital. The latest act has approved by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia by his decree No.C-30729 HT.01.01.TH.2005 dated November 18th, 2005.

By the year of 2006 the number of subsidiaries of EASCO GROUP has reached 30 companies with various scope of business, such as oil and gas, drilling, survey services for mining activities, information technology, chemicals supply and industry and islamic syaria insurance.
